WOLF Advanced Technology
WOLF Advanced Technology designs and manufactures rugged VPX, XMC, MXM/MXC and VNX+ modules for video capture, process, display, and AI inference. Solutions are designed to operate in harsh aerospace and defense environments without sacrificing any of the high-speed processing available from advanced NVIDIA and Xilinx GPUs, APUs and FPGAs. Modules range from extremely low power modules to industry-leading high-performance modules which meet embedded systems size, weight and power (SWaP) requirements. Products include rapidly available COTS solutions, feature-tailored MCOTS solutions, and full custom designs. WOLF products are designed to pass rigorous environmental testing and manufactured to meet the highest reliability standards.


6U VPX

WOLF's 3U & 6U VPX video graphics modules support VPX REDI and OpenVPX standards and include advanced NVIDIA Quadro GPUs and Xilinx FPGAs, providing video output, image and data processing, video encoding to HEVC and AVC, and video capture. High speed GPUs and FPGAs provide the processing power required for GPGPU tasks such as High Performance Compute (HPC) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) machine learning inference.

XMC

WOLF develops XMC (Switched Mezzanine Card) graphics cards for video capture, process, encode and display. WOLF XMC video graphics boards can include an embedded NVIDIA GPU, AMD GPU and/or Xilinx FPGA. Rugged air cooled and conduction cooled options are available.

Small Form Factor VNX+

VNX+ is a new small-form-factor (SFF) VITA 90 proposed standard based on the published VITA 74 VNX standard. The VNX standard defines a form factor intended for spaces that are too small for a VPX module, at 89mm by 78mm with 19mm and 12mm height options. This form factor is roughly 30 percent of the volume compared to a typical 3U VPX. The VNX specification defines the physical size of the two standard-size modules, the module connectors, and the pin assignments of the signals on the module connector. The VNX+ standard expands on VNX introducing higher power capacities and new connectors.
