Pentek's New Model 6350/6353 is a self-contained RFSoC system in a Small Form Factor (SFF) rugged enclosure. Optimized for SWaP (size, weight and power), it measures 90mm (H) x 144mm (W) x 243mm (D) and weighs approx 3.5Kg. The 6350 is conduction cooled and designed to the IP67 specification for dust and water immersion, making it ideal for deployment in the harshest environments. Based on the Xilinx Zynq® UltraScale+ RFSoC FPGA, the Model 6350 is very suitable for SIGINT and COMINT, military communications, EW countermeasures, radar transceiver, test and measurement, SATCOM, LiDAR, 5G and LTE wireless applications.

Also available the Model 6350S/6353S is a complete self-contained RF converter and processing subsystem in a small mounting frame. Requiring only a single 12V power supply, the subsystem can be integrated as a component in a larger system with minimal design effort.
Optimized for SWaP (size, weight and power), the Model 6350S/6353S is very small in size, measuring 38mm (H) x 117mm (W) x 170mm (D) and weighing just under 0.85Kg.

Complementing the RFSoC’s on-chip resources are the 6350’s sophisticated clocking section, a low-noise front end for RF input and output, 16 GBytes of DDR4, a gigabit serial optical interface capable of supporting dual 100 GigE connections, an optional GPS receiver, and general purpose I/O signal paths to the FPGA.
